FORT MYERS, Fla. — The man accused of sitting in a chair, completely naked, was arrested on Thursday, March 11, officials said.
Irving Howard, 71, a.k.a., “babycakes,” was arrested for sitting in a chair — fully nude — next to an apartment complex’s parking lot with children in the area, a spokesperson with the Fort Myers Police Department said.
When officers with FMPD got to the scene located at 2275 Central Avenue, they arrested ‘Babycakes’ and took him to the Lee County Jail.
He was charged with lewd and lascivious behavior, disorderly intoxication and indecent exposure, officers said.
