COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. — Volunteers with the St. Matthew’s House have teamed up with the Harry Chapin Food Bank to help feed the hungry in Southwest Florida.
As cases of the COVID-19 delta variant rise, workers expect to see more people needing help.
If you’re hungry and need help putting food on the table, you can go to one of four food distribution sites happening in SWFL today, August 5.

- Iglesia Pueblo de Dios 4400 Tamiami Trail E Naples, FL 34112 10AM – 12PM
- First Haitian Baptist Church 14600 Tamiami Trail E Naples, FL 34114 1PM – 3PM
- Mount Olive A.M.E. 2754 Orange St Fort Myers, FL 33916 2PM – 6PM
There will be another food distribution event on Saturday. That will be at Next Level Church at the Dream Center located at 3637 Dr Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in Fort Myers. The site will open at 10 a.m. and is scheduled to close at noon.
