SOUTHWEST FLORIDA — Every Friday, Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers shares information on four fugitives authorities need help finding.
Anyone with information on these four is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-8477.
- Raymond DeJesus-Santiago – on the run after battering a teenage girl in downtown Fort Myers
- Joseph Johnson – accused of fleeing and eluding, child abuse and driving with a license suspended since 2015
- Ryan Morales – a North Fort Myers man with an extensive history of theft and violence
- Laken Musker – wanted on eight felony warrants on drug, theft and fraud related charges
Raymond DeJesus-Santiago
We’re starting off our list this week with a repeat offender who’s been booked 28 times on a collection of charges that run the gamut from burglary and theft to cruelty towards a child. A new felony warrant for the arrest of Raymond DeJesus-Santiago was issued last week after he violated probation on a battery charge. Detectives say DeJesus-Santiago inappropriately touched and assaulted a teenage girl in downtown Fort Myers, before taking off on a bicycle. Fortunately, those well-placed cameras downtown caught the whole thing on tape and helped lead police right to DeJesus-Santiago’s door. He spent two months locked up for the crime before being released on bond and probation, which he has now violated. In addition to the 26 times, he’s had his mugshot snapped locally for fraud, contempt, stalking and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, he’s also been sent to prison twice. This 35-year-old felon is 5’9” and has tattoos of the phrase “Only God can judge me” on his right arm, a spider web on his left wrist and the Puerto Rican flag on his left arm.
Joseph Johnson

Next up is a guy who’s been arrested not 10, not 20, not even 30 times before. Joseph Johnson is now staring down his 41st booking after a bench warrant for his arrest was issued on Tuesday for failure to appear on charges of fleeing and eluding, child abuse and repeatedly driving with a suspended or revoked license. His latest legal woes started when he evaded police on a high-speed chase, then ran into his house, refusing orders to come out. Johnson then made the unwise and irresponsible choice to pick up an infant and hold the baby between himself and officers who had their guns drawn. His actions ultimately led to him spending the next two months in a jail cell before he bonded out. Johnson is a registered convicted felon, whose first arrest was at age 17 for the sale and delivery of cocaine. He’s since racked up 37 local arrests for armed robbery, grand theft, weapons violations and aggravated battery on a pregnant victim. He’s also been sent to prison three times for drug-related offenses. 38-year-old Johnson is 5’8” and has a tattoo of the phrase “thugged out” on his right arm, coupled with two tear drops on his face. He could be using the aliases of John Cole, Luster Malik or Jo Jo Johnson.
Ryan Morales

Also on the run this week is a convicted felon with an extensive history of theft and violence. Ryan Morales has been on the run for the last month and a half after violating probation on a fleeing and eluding charge. Over the years, Morales has repeatedly shown his complete disrespect for the law and those around him with 31 bookings for domestic violence, battery, forgery, theft, burglary, the possession, sale and delivery of drugs, and carrying a concealed firearm which, as a felon, he’s not allowed to do. Morales is 5’11”, 250 pounds and will be celebrating his 38th birthday later this month. He was last known to be living in North Fort Myers and upon his arrest, he will be held without bond.
Laken Musker

And rounding out this week’s list is a fugitive who, despite her young age, is already making a name for herself in the criminal element. Laken Musker currently has eight active felony warrants for her arrest, all stemming from drug and theft activity in Cape Coral. Not too long ago, Crime Stoppers put out a surveillance photo asking for the ID of a suspect who was using stolen credit cards at a local Wal-Mart store. The phone lines immediately lit up, with multiple people identifying Musker as the person of interest. She ended up serving a little more than three months behind bars for that crime, eventually being released on probation – which she has now violated. To date, this 21-year-old offender has been booked in Lee and Hendry Counties for battery, fraud, resisting, theft and multiple drug infractions involving meth and cocaine. Musker is 5’6”, 106 pounds and was last known to be living in Cape Coral. She has multiple tattoos, including a flower on her right leg and a heart with a money sign on either side of her face.
