3. Dennes Pinero-Garcia – a Collier County fugitive wanted on a battery related charge
4. Riley Sullivan – a repeat offender wanted on drug related charges
Joaquin Flores
We’re starting off our list this week with a repeat offender who’s had his mugshot snapped 26 times between Lee and Charlotte Counties. Authorities are back on the hunt for Joaquin Flores, who is wanted on theft related charges out of Bonita Springs. The victim said his work truck was parked in his driveway during broad daylight when someone backed up to his vehicle and loaded six boxes of copper wire into their own car. Fortunately, a neighbor’s home surveillance video captured images of the man – and the license plate of the car he was driving. That
information led deputies straight to Flores’ home. When questioned about the theft, he claimed that someone told him that the wire wasn’t needed and tha he could help himself, but then changed his story saying he was drunk and didn’t exactly recall the incident at all. He was ultimately found guilty of the crime and sentenced to 36 months of probation, which he violated last week. 55 year old Flores has an extensive history of burglary, theft, battery, escape and being a deadbeat dad. He is 5’3”, 140 pounds, with a tattoo of a wizard on his left arm, a dagger on his left wrist and tribal art inked on his right arm.
Daniel Montecinos

Next up is a guy who was responsible for a collection of car crashes committed while he was drunk at more than three times the legal limit. The chain reaction started when Daniel Montecinos slammed into the back of a car stopped at a traffic light. Instead of staying on
scene, he just kept on driving, but fortunately the first victim was able to get a tag number and description for deputies to search for. Not far down the road, they spotted Montecinos who gunned it at speeds of more than 90 miles an hour, allowing him to weave through traffic and evade them. He eventually hit another car and then ditched his vehicle in an apartment complex and took off on foot. Thanks to a police K-9, Montecinos was quickly sniffed out and
taken into custody. As it turns out, he was running because he was drunk behind the wheel and avoiding a warrant related to a previous arrest for lewd and lascivious behavior on a child. He was eventually found guilty and placed on probation, which he recently violated. To date, this 22 year old offender has three previous bookings for contributing to the delinquency of a minor, hit and run, fleeing and eluding and resisting arrest.
Dennes Pinero-Garcia

And in Collier County, deputies are on the hunt for Dennes Pinero-Garcia, wanted for violation of state probation for felony battery. He is a repeat offender with four priors in Collier for trafficking cocaine, grand theft, animal fighting, the possession of a weapon by a convicted
felon and the possession of a controlled substance. In addition to his local jail time, he’s also been sent to prison three times for a total of roughly 8 years for drug trafficking and using animals in a gambling operation. His last known address is in East Naples, but detectives believe he could be staying in Golden Gate Estates. Pinero-Garcia was last known to be working as a cable installer and electrician and could be using the aliases of Pinero Dennes or Denny Pinero.
Riley Sullivan

And wrapping up this week’s list is a Fort Myers woman who has spent the last decade committing felony crimes in our community. Riley Sullivan now finds herself back on the run, this time for violating terms of her probation following an arrest for drug possession. Her
current legal woes started when she was trespassed from a location near the Forum in Lee County. When deputies arrived, Sullivan initially lied about her identity, calling herself Regina McBride. But further probing determined that she was actually Riley Sullivan and had an active warrant for her arrest. Before being booked at the jail, she fessed up that she was hiding a baggie of fentanyl in her underwear, which racked up yet another criminal charge. Over the years, she’s been booked 14 times since the age of 14, for burglary, grand theft, fraud, resisting, prostitution and drugs. This 24 year old felon is 5’2”, 140 pounds, with a tattoo of Chinese lettering and a butterfly on her right arm, a flower with a treble clef on her stomach and Miss
Lopez inked on her left leg. And upon her arrest, she will be held without bond in the Lee County Jail.
