Man accused of threats against community, law enforcement before Collier County apartment standoff

According to the Collier County Sheriff’s Office’s arrest report, Peter Hooker, 60, was accused of texting violent threats directed at the Lago Apartments community and law enforcement in a community group for the apartment complex.
