CAPE CORAL, Fla. — Bags of junk and old furniture have been lining Cape Coral streets for months now.
The City of Cape Coral is opening up three new bulk waste drop-off sites in an effort to help get trash off your curb.
One site is located at Pelican Baseball Complex off of Pelican Boulevard, another at the Northwest Softball Complex on 16th Place and the third is at Festival Park on the Corner of Wilmington and Chiquita.
All three of the new drop-off sites will be self-service.
The Cultural Park site will remain in operation. It is also the only site where Waste Pro employees will help you unload your trash into dumpsters.
All drop-off sites in Cape Coral are open Monday through Saturday during regular park hours — sunrise to sunset.
