FORT MYERS BEACH, Fla. – A man and woman have died after a jet ski accident on Fort Myers Beach Friday afternoon.
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission said both people on the jet ski were taken to the hospital with serious injuries, but later died.
According to the Bonita Springs Fire Department, the accident happened in front of Flippers restaurant at Lovers Key Hotel in the Bay Area.
Officials said the accident happened between a jet ski and a boat around 12 p.m.
