ESTERO, Fla. – Authorities are looking for a man suspected of stealing from an Estero Best Buy on Monday.
The man used a key to remove multiple electronics from their plastic security cases before placing them into his denim jacket that had been altered so he could easily hide the items, according to Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers.
He is suspected of taking three game-streaming devices and two external hard drives on Monday.
Officials said the crime happened at the Best Buy in Coconut Point mall and they believe the man is the same person involved in several other thefts at the same location.
Investigators also said the man is believed to be part of a larger theft ring.
Authorities are asking anyone with information on the crime to contact SWFL Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS.
