CAPE CORAL, Fla. — The Cape Coral bike night season has come to an end.
Bikers are revving their engines one last time this Saturday night.
A lot of bikers show up to these bike nights, which brings in people from all over to help our local businesses.
Due to Hurricane Ian, the only other bike night this season was back in February.
Emily Haeger is a Cape Coral senior recreation specialist who has helped with the set-up process for events like this one.
“The setup takes two days to set up for the main stuff, and an entire week we just keep shuttling things down during the work week and the main set up is two days of Friday and Saturday,” Haeger said.
There is live music, a bike competition, and food vendors at the event.
“We’re very thankful for anyone that wants to come down and support local businesses, local vendors,” smiles Haeger.
Bike nights usually start back up in October.
Some roads will be blocked, check the link below for more information.
