CAPE CORAL, Fla. — A body was found floating in a pond at a Cape Coral apartment complex on Saturday morning.
According to the Cape Coral Police Department (CCPD), police responded to a possible drowning on Saturday morning after a body was seen floating in a small pond in the middle of the Uptown at Liberty Park apartments.
Mark Gallegos told NBC2 that the man who died was Greg Corso, who he thought of as a brother.
The body was located by police and appeared to have been there for an extended period of time. The death does not appear suspicious at this time.
